Welcome to the HomeWise Appliances After Sales Customer Care Center.


In order to better serve you and direct any request for After Sales Care to the the correct department and person, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and any responses online. 

A valid email address is required to submit a request for support via the this ticket system.

Our system is monitored throughout the day and into the evenings and weekends. Your request will be directed to a member of our friendly staff in the correct department, who is best suited to answer your query.

When submitting a request please supply your name, address, contact telephone number and as much information as possible. There is a option to upload  image(s) upto 8Mb in size if this is required.

Once a request has been received and confirmed please do not submit a new ticket for the same query as this will slow the process down and may result in duplicate tickets being deleted. Please be assured once your request has been confirmed  then a member of staff will be in touch as soon as possible. If you need to submit further information or reply then this is can be easily done by using the sign in option and creating a account on our system, this is just your name and email address. You will then be able to view and add to, any requests you have made for our help and support.

For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.
